Completely Reimagined

We transformed this 1986 2-storey into a modern open-plan home to inspire entertaining and family life.  A backdrop of crisp white highlights the wide-plank platinum blonde oak floors, white and white oak cabinetry, charcoal grey counters, and details in polished chrome and black.  The kitchen boasts luxury Monogram appliances, and is open to the dining room, sunroom and family room.  A long linear gas fireplace, flanked by display shelves, creates a cozy family room space. The second-floor loft space was added to the primary suite. This allowed for an amazing dressing room with island, and doubled the size of the en suite. The basement was developed to provide a fourth bedroom, full bath, TV/ games area, home gym, and ample storage space.
