Léonie Glénat and Lisa Duxbury have earned Bachelor of Interior Design Degrees | BID – University of Manitoba; are NCIDQ certified; and are professional members of PIDIM | Professional Interior Designers Institute of Manitoba.  Léonie is also a member of ARIDO, the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario.

Léonie and Lisa work with their team to provide professional interior design services from a project’s inception to completion. Every project is designed and led by a Partner to ensure the highest level of client service and design excellence.

Our Qualifications

Our professional interior designers have attained the highest level of qualification achievable in North America. Their certified education and experience, followed by the successful completion of an internationally recognized qualifying exam, ensures that they have the artistic, technical and problem-solving expertise to design and manage the construction of interior environments.

LEONIE GLENAT

Léonie is the Yoda of corporate interior design. She has planned over 15 million square feet of office space over her 30 year design career.  Léonie understands how corporate environments function and quickly  uncovers the best planning solutions. Her work has been published in Canadian Interiors.  The renovation of a condominium at 200 Tuxedo Avenue won her a MASI Award | Manitoba Alberta Saskatchewan Interiors Award, in 2017.  Léonie’s retail space/ café project – Green Generation/ Acorn Café – won a Winnipeg Commerce Design Award in 2018.

LISA DUXBURY

Small but mighty.  Lisa’s portfolio consists of a vast array of corporate and residential projects spanning over 25 years. Her designs have won GOLD in the Manitoba and Canadian Home Builder’s Association Awards; and her French Country Kitchen was a winner in Ciao! Magazine’s 2021 contest.  Lisa’s work has been published in Canadian House & Home, Canadian Interiors, Covet Magazine, Style at Home, Style Manitoba, VMSD Magazine, and Western Living. In 2020, she worked with an international group, taking the lead on interiors, to design a 12,000 square foot ultra-luxury villa in Gustavia, St. Barth’s. This project was featured in Forbes, Dwell, Haute Living, Travel + Leisure, and Architect Magazine.

The Professional Interior Designers Institute of Manitoba is an association of Interior Designers qualified by education, experience and examination to practice the profession of interior design in the province of Manitoba.

The only internationally recognized certification exam for the profession of interior design.

The national association for the interior design profession in Canada.
