The process of Design Development includes color and finishes selections, lighting and furniture options, and the design of architectural details and millwork items. We can provide 3D computer renderings that reflect a realistic image of your finished interior and can provide furniture specifications and procurement services. 

Our studio prepares Construction drawings, Schedules and Specifications in accordance with universal accessibility guidelines and applicable codes. We collaborate with other industry professionals where required in areas of mechanical, electrical, architectural and structural design so your completed design package is ready for permit and tender.

We act as your advocate through the Construction Phase and to the completion of your project. We administer bids and contract documents, issue clarifications and change orders, review shop drawings and submittals.  We conduct site visits, issue progress reports and final site inspection reports; and we celebrate the successful completion of your project.
