Wealth Management with A View: You would not think that a corner office on the 11th floor could be dark. However, our client took over a 1900 s.f. space at the city’s #1 business address, where the private offices monopolized all of the light, and the dated furnishings and finishes added to the gloom. Reconfiguring the space maintained 3 windowed offices, added a meeting room and flooded the open office area with light. Large panels of glass share light, while graduated glazing film provides some privacy. New furniture, with clean lines and finishes, modernizes the space. Carpet tile in three coordinating styles is practical and adds pattern. White walls add further brightness as they contrast with the walnut wood doors and furniture. Beautiful artwork by Winnipeg’s Michel Saint Hilaire, adds color and interest. Move-in was December 2019.
