Prime Tuxedo Condo
Over 1800 ft² in a prime building, but with carpeting and cabinets from 1988, it was hardly the glamourous apartment our client desired. We reconfigured the entry hall, opened the kitchen to the dining area, designed lots of built-in storage, gave the en suite a zero-threshold open shower and an ample vanity, and removed all of 1988. The artful combining of antique furniture with modern pieces, creates layered spaces. Crisp white walls and ceilings, accents of black and gold, and wide-plank white oak hardwood flooring creates the flow. The resulting space is exciting – both warm and glamourous.
