Pavilion Reception Desk: Designing a reception desk for an exclusive wealth management firm had its challenges.  The existing space overlooks an interior courtyard and is finished with striking backlit onyx, limestone floor tile, and a large glass artwork by Warren Carther.  To create a functional workspace for a busy office, without competing with the existing finishes, we designed a desk in matching dark wood and wrapped it in ½” thick low-iron glass with a white backing.  The result is a desk that looks like it was there all along.
