The Entertainer: 

‘The lower level of this newer residence was developed to provide luxurious entertaining spaces and a study with a wall bed.  The bar area houses a large wine cooler, wine rack, beverage cooler and a mobile island.  A silver metallic banquette follows the curve of the wall and is topped by a drywall bulkhead.  The natural ledgestone surrounding the gas ribbon fireplace is softened by the plush herringbone-pattern carpet; and the spaces are warmed by horizontal-grain zebrawood millwork. Our Park Place basement development project won GOLD in the 2011 Renovation of the Year Awards, MHBA | Manitoba Home Builders’ Association.
