The Gates, apartment display suites:

The Gates is a new apartment complex in the quiet neighborhood of Amber Trails.

In the summer of 2019, we furnished two display suites – a 724 square foot one-bedroom and a 948 square foot two-bedroom.  As we had a two-week deadline, everything had to be in-stock and ready to be delivered.  Accessories were purchased off-the-shelf at a variety of shops.

The two-bedroom apartment became a family-friendly space with cozy furniture in whites and greys.  Pops of color – blue and yellow, and patterns and prints add interest.  In the primary bedroom, a blue velvet upholstered bed sets the mood. The second bedroom has white furniture and a soft blue paisley duvet.  Books, plants and wall décor help to make it feel like home. 

The one-bedroom became a hip apartment with vibrant colors and patterns.  In the living room, a neutral faux-leather sectional is paired with a bold floral area rug.  The dining area features bright yellow chairs around a glass-top table.  The bedroom furniture is black metal and dark-brown wood-grain; the duvet cover is a bold black and white print; and the wall art is bright pink peonies.
