Transitional Gourmet
The crisp white woodwork was once a dated honey-oak; space under the back staircase was fitted with drawers and cabinets; and the fireplace was detailed with panels and a crown molding. The kitchen was enlarged to include the former breakfast area. It now has white shaker style cabinets, a walk-in pantry, and a large dark wood island. The wall between the kitchen and formal dining room was replaced with a 2-sided china cabinet with clear glass upper doors. Our Driscoll Crescent kitchen design won GOLD in the 2012 Renovation of the Year Awards, MHBA | Manitoba Home Builders’ Association.
